NOTES

Carlmont Frosh Soph Football players may be admitted free to the Varsity game if they have a football jersey and their name is on a provided team roster.

Booster Club Members from every other school must pay, no matter what their Booster Club card says. For instance, Woodside's Booster Card states that they receive free admittance to every Sequoia District School game. This is not true. We receive no revenue from the money raised by Woodside's Booster Club.
  

SPORTS CLEARANCE PROCESS

Carlmont athletics, for the new school year will begin on Monday, August 18, 2003.

To participate, prospective athletes must have completed the clearance process required of all athletes in the Sequoia Union High School District.

The clearance process consists of:

  • A medical examination by a physician
  • A verification of proper insurance coverage by a parent or guardian
  • A permission to participate form, signed by a parent or guardian
  • Academic eligibility clearance,and,
  • Clearance through the school treasurer's office.

Clearance paperwork can be picked up in the main Administrative Offices at Carlmont High School

Please be advised that the Administrative Office at Carlmont is closed during the month of July.
